1. Services
Ra MB Detailing provides professional car cleaning and detailing services. Service availability, pricing, and packages are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include: Cash, e-transfer

4. Liability

• Ra MB Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, personal items left in vehicles, or damage caused by neglect or improper use.

• Services are performed with reasonable care, but Ra MB Detailing is not liable for accidental damage beyond control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove personal items and valuables before the service.

• Follow recommended care instructions after detailing to maintain results.

6. Service Guarantee

• Customer satisfaction is important. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

7. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
